The fine print
The optional use of the hot tub is not included in the overall reservation price. A hot tub (energy) charge of £25 pound per night for the full duration of the stay (capped at £100 per stay) applies. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of £50 per stay applies.

Cottage was very clean, well equipped, modern, quiet location, near river and pubs. Didn’t use hot tub as cost extra. Good parking and EV charger.

Great location for a stay near the broads. Very quiet and peaceful. The cottage was very clean and fully equipped. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions.

Everything was perfect for a little break away. Bonus having a alley way to the pub close by. And having a children's play park so close was so handy for the early starts. Quite area. People friendly.
