My husband’ dietary limitations to the menu well explained & checked where new suppliers were involved on that day - superb steak enjoyed, my dishes were very well presented and were very tasty too. Convenient to location for following day. Annual stay for us. Thank you

Let's get to the breakfast straight away! OK, the room was fine, bed comfortable and a bath! brilliant for a long distance cyclist such as me. What made my stay totally unique, after years of using many, many B & Bs, was that during breakfast, with no other guest present, I was given the opportunity to listen to the whole of Beethoven's 9the Symphony with Karajan and the Berlin Phil.' Loud and magnificent, the staff of course with my conducting skills, breakfast, ample, delicious and healthy - eggs, toast and avocado, reached a stratospheric level of enjoyment! Such friendly staff. Atmosphere and decor fascinating, my hatred of bullfighting had a huge blood red oil painting of a bull's head to appreciate.

What a fabulous place. The food was excellent and so was every member of staff. The chef certainly knows how to cook. The room was in an old building so a bit creaky but no problems. Very close to the A3 but there was no noise.

The setting was lovely, but I expected more for my money. Had a meal at the steakhouse which was exceptional as expected.
