Loved the vibes of the staff and place. The hotel is situated very near most things and it's so easy to arrange for things. Staff were so welcoming, quick to respond to our needs. On our first night the shower suddenly burst, they were quick and getting help, changing our rooms and took everything we wanted into consideration. Rooms were clean regularly even though the dustbin was not emptied. Not overly clean but clean enough for a beach hotel. The pool was so accessible, so convenient for the kids to play right outside our rooms. The staff were always attentive to make sure to clean the pools of water or dirt, sand for the convenience of the hotel guests.

Personal were very friendly and helpful. The Rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is central. Our Rooms numbers 6.7 and 8 were in front of the pool, so it was like our private pool . We would like to come back when we go to.gili T next time.

Good location on beachfront, property well maintained, clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Beach towels and water provided. Value for money was brilliant
