Excellent location near the coast, quiet, walking distance to all amenities, safe, comfortable, easy check-in, helpful responses to queries. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again... perhaps after building work has been completed

The Property is situated at a Great location where everything is at at 5-10 minutes walk. The neighborhood has a very good vibe with lots of restaurants and pubs in the area. The property is just 5 minute walk from the promenade. The Studio apartment was spacious with good comfortable beds, Table Chairs, fully equipped kitchen & utensils. The washing machine facility was also available on the ground floor. Will recommend staying here if you are looking for good stay in center of Funchal.

At the start place was hard to find because construction site next to it. Easy to get in with given codes. We got 2nd floor and the window was facing that construction, which wasn’t the best but at least no one was working there while we were at home. Since there was 2 beds pushed together, there was quite a gap and we could not sleep tightly together. But overall bedding and mattress was very comfortable. Bathroom had powerful hairdryer, shower was big and clean. We didn’t use, but there is possibility to wash clothes on first floor. Looked like there was available washing powder. Also iron and ironing board. In kitchen was available kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster and even hand blender. Also microwave. Drinking water from tap. Overall we are satisfied 👍🏽
