My second time staying at Patty's Place didn't disappoint. It was nice to "come home" to a familiar place where everything you need is right there. Super cute and cozy and very clean. It's in the perfect location only minutes from Hood college and downtown. I spent the weekend to celebrate my daughter's graduation from Hood college. It's bittersweet knowing I won't have a reason to go back to Frederick now that she's graduated, but if I do, I know where to stay again!

Patty's Place is wonderful! I'm so glad I found it...wish I found it sooner! When visiting my daughter at Hood college I usually stay at a hotel in town but never again! Very cozy and clean! Has all the amenities you will ever need. Great location close to Hood college and downtown Frederick. Safe and private parking behind the home. I stayed here for one night in April as a "trial". So glad I reserved Patty's Place for a weekend next month for my daughter's graduation. No more staying at that hotel in town!

Love the property. We had some issues with heating system but they got fixed quite quickly.

Very clean little house, about 4 minutes drive to downtown Frederick. Coffee machine and free coffee and half and half! Excellent communication with the host, reasonable price, late check out for $45.-.
