For us the location with what we wanted to do & see in our couple of days staying there was perfect & being able to enjoy a lovely meal in the restaurant at the end of the day was perfect albeit on the expensive side but given the Australian exchange rate atm it wasn’t a total surprise. Also I’d like to mention the lovely young lady with long blonde hair (didn’t get her name) who worked in the restaurant each night but she was a credit to the place she made our evenings so nice & couldn’t do enough for us so Thankyou to her.

Everything. Unique Peaceful with a typical Icelandic cool charm. Big rooms and direct access to central private patio and hot tubs. Can see why it gained the Boutique Hotel of the year title.

the staff the room as well as the food all was amazing ! the cosy room looking af the hot tub is very appreciated after a day outside walking around. the hotel is well located not to far from the geysers and waterfalls ! a memorable place
