It was easy to collect the keys because the receptionist is there 24/7. The receptionist checked for the name of our booking and gave us the key to the elevator and the actual flat is locked via a digital lock for which the owner gave us the code. The host was very responsive and even left us a welcome set of snacks and drinks. The flat was very clean, smelled nice, decorated nicely. Towels were fresh and clean. Kitchen had basic things like pots and pans, basic spices. No noise heard in the flat from outside. No noise from motorway. GREAT BLACKOUT BLINDS which was very important for us. Easy to order uber to bottom of building, supermarket 2 mins away. Very friendly host.

Loved the apartment. Very clean and well presented and elegant. Very close to JBRand Dubai marina. Lots of shops nearby. Host is very responsive and friendly. I would certainly stay there again. It is 5 star to me. Thanks Hanan
