Everything was perfect. The hotel has a magnificent pool & beach area, the location is also very convenient. The staff was extremely helpful. Dinner and breakfast were also of very high standard. We loved in particular the Tagine restaurant.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with such warmth and professionalism at the reception that we immediately felt like a valued guests, not just a reservation number. The service throughout our stay was nothing short of amazing. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction, always with a smile and an incredible attention to detail. It’s rare to feel genuinely cared for in such a large and luxurious setting, but that’s exactly what this hotel delivers. The location is absolutely top-notch—peaceful, yet central enough to access everything Dubai has to offer. And the pools? Simply exceptional. Each one offers a unique atmosphere, perfect for either relaxation or a refreshing dip after a hot day in the city.
