If felt like being at home. The photos are true to reality. Lucy's (Luciana) communication was well over my expectations! She was available in kind of 24 hours. I couldn't ask any better! More than excellent! 👌 The bed has a memory foam mattress in the bedroom. The sofabed is comfortable, too. We have used both of the beds and were nice. The little touches like 1 washing tablet, olive oil, salt, black pepper, coffee ☕️ tablets, bottle of water, and a couple of bottles of bier were in the fridge. Parking is potluck. Park on the street ever you get space. We really enjoyed visiting nearby hotels for buffet style breakfast. It cost us between € 7 - € 9. The dinner € 12 - € 17. So it is well worth going to these hotels for meals. The water is just a few minutes' walk from the building.

Lucia is a brilliant hostess and she provided lots of information. The apartment was great and far away from the Elba hotel so you don't hear the music or karaoke.

Great apartment with everything you can need. Small balcony with some welcome shade in a morning. Water and a couple of beers left for our late arrival which was unexpected but appreciated
