pleasant cleaning and excellent management staff. Good AC although not working in one of the bedrooms. Good location for what is a very very busy and lively town in peak season. We were there before in June and it was very different. Conil old town is close and beach is about a 10 minute walk . Steep hill down which we did not mind but would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Location was brillant and price was great and low .value was excellent. Will definitely be back again and when I texted owner for another hour late check out .. She was so nice and friendly and no issue nor did she look for more money

This is an exceptional place - it is beautifully renovated and maintained. The staff (on site for some hours of the day) was helpful, friendly and spoke English pefectly. The location is great and we enjoyed ourselfs during the stay.
