Location - Easy to Reach- 24 hours attending Staff Spacious rooms. Cleanliness is OK. Toilets also were kept clean. Staff are very friendly and Co operative.

after a long time Booking .com provided me with an excellent hotel which had all the good things like location, staff courtesy and prompt service, breakfast was very good and the reception staff was very polite and guided me with lots of things overall a great stay and this mightt be my favourite den for all my future visit to chennai as you have metro train bus facilities as good as at yr doorstep and will alco be recommending to my frinds

Every thing was good. But I had a little difficulty in getting hot drinking water when I arrived at 23:30 Hrs. The hotels depends on the near by restaurant for drinking hot water. As I arrived late I could not get. A hotel should have its own arrangement for drinking water hot or cold!

I liked the location and the courteous staff, but would have preferred cleaning at our convenience, upkeep of bath fittings.
