“Perfect Location and Great Value in the Heart of Cannes”

I had a fantastic stay here! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk (45 meters ca) to La Croisette and surrounded by excellent restaurants like Bobo, which is literally around the corner. It’s the ideal apartment for anyone wanting to enjoy the beaches, shopping, and vibrant dining scene in Cannes. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and even allowed me to store my luggage after checkout, which I really appreciated. The rooms are simple but have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s exactly what you want if you’re looking for a clean and functional place to sleep and relax after a day out. There’s also a washing machine and a small kitchen, which is great if you prefer not to eat out—though with so many restaurants, cafés and bakeries just outside the door, you might not need it! Would definitely stay here again.

The physical location in terms of location is very good. It's on the main Blvd de la Croisette, and near alot of bars and restaurants. This also comes with a negative as stated below. The apartment is also quite spacious, better option than a hotel room as the bathroom and living space is twice the size of a normal hotel room.

Bed in cormoran 1 was fantastic, really comfortable. You would not notice any body moving, so slept soundly. Well equipped kitchen.

I recently stayed at this place and had a wonderful experience despite a minor hiccup with the air conditioner in my room. The staff was incredibly responsive and immediately provided a replacement unit. Their prompt action ensured my stay remained comfortable and enjoyable. The rest of the amenities were top-notch, and the staff's attentiveness truly stood out. I highly recommend this place for its excellent customer service and commitment to guest satisfaction.
