Exceptional beach front view with balcony. Every morning just after 6am the sunrise on the Caribbean was just equisite. Right outside our balcony on the 3rd floor rhe bird life flew past, para sailors flew by. Going to sleep each night to the waves breaking was paradise. We had a microwave, a coffee percent some glasses, cups plates cutlery, ice cube tray, cutting board and small fridge. It was adequate but would have been great to have a broom some pepper and salt etc especially as travelling internationally. We used the local Oxxo every day which was a short 200m down the road . The bed was double, comfortable with nice pillows. We were well informed by our host on how to access the room. There are LOTS of little intricacies with the instructions, so it is important to follow step by step. The infinity pool was awesome, plenty of seating around the pool. Staff on security really friendly, beach access excellent. The restaurant we at at 3 tines. Huge selection on menu. The food was good. Not a lot of people eat there. Staff were mostly at the bar talking to each other. The head person on each of the nights we ate there was quite forceful demanding a tip, which was already included. Overall would definitely stay again. The view alone was literally beachfront perfection.

Excellent recommendation for dinner nearby, ask Miguel. We are digital nomads and we guarantee a perfect internet to work. We are looking to stay with them again next season. Amazing place, very warm and friendly staff María, Natalia, Miguel and Andrea, very clean and daily cleaners. We never saw this when I rented other apartments, great value daily cleaning and distinctive superior service with a personal concierge to resolve situations, a fast and personalized assistant. Incredible quality and quantity of services for renting an apartment on the seafront in Cancun. We also arrived at 10am. and they did the check in at this great time, and after check out they took our luggage to their storage, more for an apartment it is impossible. Thank you thank you thank you

The location was great… right in front of the ocean. Also a small bar/restaurant just below the apartments is very useful and handy. The bus stop is very close. 100% recommend!! Also the staff Miguel was always very careful to our needs, super friendly and kind!! He made our stay in Cancun better, with tips and suggestions.
