We booked a cot. We asked twice for the cot and were told it would be brought up. At 11:30 pm, we arrived to find a crib in our room. One more visit to the front desk. Finally, a cot arrived, but it only had a thin sheet. Then, we had to wait for a blanket to arrive . Never did see a pillow. The only thing that went smoothly was the $15 charge per night. This should not have been a difficult task. Poorly managed. We don't have much faith in how this hotel is run.
