This was my second stay at Flamenco Hotel, having stayed just a month ago—and once again, it did not disappoint. After a disappointing experience at another hotel, I was truly relieved by the excellent customer service here. Eslam, who checked me in during my first visit, happened to be there again this time and remembered me, which was a lovely surprise. I had landed at a very late hour and was absolutely exhausted, and Eslam ensured I had a smooth and speedy check-in. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference after a long day of travel. In general, all the staff at reception were warm, courteous, and professional. No attitudes—just genuine hospitality and a willingness to help. Overall, a consistently pleasant experience with standout service. I’ll definitely be returning.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! My room was very clean, and the location couldn’t be better—close to all the main attractions. A special shoutout to Nagla, who took excellent care of my room and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

After a disappointing experience at a previous hotel where the receptionist was incredibly rude, I was relieved to arrive here and be warmly welcomed by Eslam. He was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful—an absolute breath of fresh air. His attitude made all the difference and set a positive tone for the rest of my stay. The location of the hotel is great, easy access in and out. Good variety of food for breakfast and the service level was outstanding. Cleanliness of the restaurant was above expectations.
