Negri “a great place to stay”

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for 25 days, from November 10th to December 5th, 2023. Our experience was wonderful overall. The apartment was quite good, reasonably clean, and easy to maintain. The kitchen was decent, while the bathroom stood out for its cleanliness and the consistent supply of hot water, something not always guaranteed in Egypt. The living space was comfortably arranged, and the dining room had a lovely ambiance. The beds were large and cozy, with plenty of bed sheets—a nice touch. The amenities were impressive: a functional washing machine, two fridges, a good TV with diverse channels, reliable Wi-Fi, and even a terrace for drying clothes and another for relaxation, complete with tables and chairs. The location felt secure yet vibrant, striking a perfect balance between liveliness and peacefulness. Additionally, having a helpful guardian in the building added a sense of reassurance. The convenience of nearby supermarkets and readily available taxis made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, being just 20 minutes away from the airport made it a centrally convenient spot. The terrace was an absolute delight, providing a refreshing change of scenery. Situated on the 3rd floor with two elevators, accessibility was never an issue. The landlord was exceptionally kind and accommodating—welcoming us with fruits, sparkling water, tea, coffee, sugar, and bread upon our arrival. What truly stood out was their thoughtfulness in stocking certain requested food items, ensuring we had a perfect start, especially as we arrived late at night. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this place. It left such a positive impression that I plan to return on my next trip to Egypt. Heartfelt thanks to the landlord for their hospitality, and gratitude to Booking.com for helping us discover this gem of a place.

The location is good, Good communication with the host via WhatsApp and he is very helpful and easy check-in/check-out
