Very nice staff, speaking multiple languages, very nice place, modern hotel and equipment, nice breakfast. Didn't have time to check the bar in the evening though.

Wonderful experience & this was the second time we came back to stay. Cozy room with fantastic Matterhorn views for sunrise & sunset. Buffet style breakfast. Free car parking nearby the Terminal Bus Station. Property right next to the cable car & you can take to the top of Matterhorn! Highly recommended!
