First, both twin rooms are in one apartment so if someone books the other room then you will be sharing the kitchen and lounge area. The apartment is big,at least 70m squared so perfect for a family. It is clean. The balcony is superb with an overhanging roof. The internet for the guesthouse does not work at all so thankfully the host gave me a second internet option which you will need. The boiler needs to be repaired as it breaks down every day. The beds are okay but not great; Probably fine for kids but not really for adults. I’m very light and even I found that the mattress sagged in the middle. The kitchen is really well equipped. The sofa is really old, like antique. The apartment has so much potential. With new mattresses it would change the quality of the experience for guests. Personally I would only rent this as a 2 bedroom apartment (put a double bed in one room). I’m not sure that strangers will be okay to share the space and may be surprised that they have to do so.

The hosts were really nice and supportive. We asked for recommendation for a tour to Vardzia and Achalziche and she managed her neighbor to drive us for a good price.
