The Palais Hortenberg is a delightful place to stay. Very efficient from parking to entry arrangements, spotlessly clean, and with maximum comfort. The reception desk team deserve a special mention as they were unceasingly helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our every need. We will be back next time we visit Bolzano.

The Palais Hortenberg exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—10 out of 10. All major attractions are just a short walk away. The reception staff were warm and welcoming, and the apartment was spotless upon arrival. The facilities were very comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Everything a traveler might need for a short stay was provided and more. For longer stays, a few extra kitchen items such as plates, knives, forks, and other utensils would make things even more convenient.

The apartment was beautiful, modern and spotless. The beds were very comfortable. Really useful kitchen with everything you need. Bolzano is a lovely place and the apartment was a great base to explore from.
