The location is exceptional with amazing walks really close by. The wine from the vineyard is definitely worth trying. The food provided for breakfast was great throughout our stay but there are also restaurants you can walk to.

Maria and Marco were lovely hosts that personally greeted us and gave us a full explanation of our room and welcomed us to Madeira. Each room is so beautifully thought out for comfort and luxury with high end appliances, a rain shower and plenty of space to relax. We loved laying out in the sunshine on the bean sack. The breakfast was an absolute delight each morning - especially the bread and passionfruit papaya spread. Be sure to join one of the dinners hosted at the villas if available and try the wines. One of the most delicious meals we had on our trip.
