A lovely little hotel with very friendly staff who go that bit extra to make your stay wonderful they are also knowledgeable about the local area. There is a delicious breakfast, great seaviews with a well furnished conservatory to sit in and relax at the end of the day.

The warm welcome as we arrived.. Cleanliness of each room we went into. Breakfast was amazing, and there was a lot to choose from. Nothing was too much trouble. The seaview was beautiful. Perfect room. Staying just outside blackpool itself gives us the choice to do as much or as little as we want. This hotel definitely ticks every box for recharging the batteries in such a busy life. We definitely will be back,
