Decent, clean, reliable hotel with kind staff and a great location. I like that there is a water dispenser on each floor, providing cold and sparkling water, and in case guests forget to bring their own water bottle, a reusable bottle can be found in each room. The breakfast is very rich, with a great variety of bread and fruit, but what really puts it above a usual hotel offer is that they serve lots of local ingredients and they clearly mark products is of local origin. I find it very clever, and a great way to support local economy and keep things sustainable.

- Very good breakfast buffet, also starting at an early time, which is nice if you have a full day planned in or near Bielsko-Biala - Parking arrangement was also very well done, didn’t experience any trouble getting there by car - Everyone was very helpful & nice - Nice room & bed
