They have a video which helps to understand the whole process from acquiring the key to finally getting inside the apartment. Also, the garage door fob did not work initially but they sent a replacement the next day which is so useful. Overall, the apartment is great with useful facilities especially the washer/dryer which meant we brought back less dirty clothes home than expected!

The apartment was exactly as seen in the pictures and even offers much more! It is very clean, spacious, and well equipped to make your stay very comfortable and enjoyable. It is located close to the local shops and a walking distance from the Botanical Gardens and the museum. The customer service response time to enquiries was prompt and friendly.
