It's to the east of Nice, with a hill in between. Taking an uber from the railway station to the residence costs about 20+ euro. It's more like a service department with breakfast. The manager provides self-service laundry, which is quite helpful to us. It's near the centre of the town so you can conveniently find quite some restaurants.

A great choice in location and very clean comfortable studio apartment situated in a residential area but a few minutes walk from beach, town and restaurants. Nice pool and very helpful staff. A perfect relaxing stay that has the ambience of the area
