Everything was perfect. Great location. Clean and comfortable room. Staff at the reception was extremely kind and very polite, especially the manager. Thank you for your hospitality. I felt like home. Highly recommend.

The location in the old town was very good. Most places of interest were at walking distance. It was very quiet at nights. We arrived very early, but we could get a room at once at an extra cost. We were also upgraded to a bigger room with a small garden area which we really appreciated.

I was offered an upgrade to luxury double room. It was probably partly confusion with language but when I arrived they said they had no room so I must go to another hotel. So we walked to another place and that room was probably an upgrade. Then they wanted me to cancel my booking with them and I started doing that but then to not get charged because I cancelled too late I started explaining the situation to booking.com but this upset them so then they took me back to the hotel and I was given a not so nice room ,no window and dirty carpet. To be fair the next day I went to a better room. But from photos I saw this was not an upgrade. The staff were very nice. There was no terrace or breakfast spot so you were in your room or outside. I was a bit disappointed because for me this was going to be a luxury treat.
