Rooms are very spacious and clean, staff is helpful, restaurant is ok but definitely there are much better options outside. We had a Sea view room and a Pool view one. It’s a pity the windows are sealed shut, but we understand it may be for energy efficiency and liability mitigation. Pool is tiny but water is clean and does its job if you just want to have a refreshing plunge or chill for a while. The pool area should be taken care a little better from the cleaning staff, there were “relics” of an Aperol Spritz under a lounge chair for 3 days after we checked in. Warning. The beach across the street is not the prettiest, but there are plenty of options accessible by train (the station is 200 meters away) or by car. A big plus is the huge parking lot if you travel by car.

The hitel is well located, it is 3-4 mins to the train station, 2-3 mins from the Aquasplash Park. The staff is really kind and the rokms are clean and congortable.

Room was great size with lovely bathroom and bed. Large car parking. Pool area lovely ideal for warm vacation. Antibes harbour nice, and found a lovely village in Biot which I would recommend.
