I was a lone female traveler and the staff here made me feel very comfortable and safe. Most importantly they looked after me when I fell sick having to cancel onwards plans . I enjoyed my stay in Amritsar, breakfast was lovely in particular South India idly and samber . The choice is great ! Lovely tea and coffee . The staff are very helpful and polite . For someone travelling from the West this is a clean hotel , no funny drainage smells in my room , air conditioned. Hot water all the little luxuries we enjoy. This is a great location for the Golden Temple.

Location is perfect as it is walking distance from the temple and other important areas. It is very clean and efficiently run property. The rooms are adequate in size with comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms. The room service, housekeeping and breakfast are of good standard. The guard at the entrance to the main lobby greets you with the widest of smiles every time you come into the hotel. The cafe at the lobby level serves good tea/ coffee and snacks.

Stayed here as hotel initially booked was very poor and needed a quick fix as we refused to stay in our first choice (yes we were scammed but as we had not paid it cost us nothing!). However was a great swap as we both fell ill (flu or covid potentially) and it was a very comfortable hotel to be in when under the weather. Location was great as it was only a short walk to Amritsar main attractions. Food also good and not crazy expensive.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC LOCATION- 10 minutes walk from pedestrianised area of Golden Temple, Partition museum and massacre garden of remembrance. Great advice from Receptionist staff on time to get to Border flag ceremony by car and location of cinema and choice of film to see for Bollywood experience. Great full size swimming pool

All the Hotel staff from the doorman, drivers, reception desk, and others are exceptional. They take the extra step in ensuring that all guests have a comfortable stay and an enjoyable trip while at Amritsar. Rooms are clean and big. The restaurant at the hotel has a a good variety, both Indian and continental.

Great location - reception staff not very friendly ! Room allocated was in the middle of hotel so no natural light from a window. Room average size but comfortable. Great location.

It was a very decent and clean hotel , and the staff was very helpful and sweet. The location was brilliant and there were autos parked outside to take you around town . An overall very good experience .

Lots of choice very good variety of breakfast but too spicy for my taste. Dishes very salty for my taste and and too sweet some of the items. On the whole great breakfast.
