Lovely layout, rooms, great service, super kitchen and food variety. Chef Rajesh pawar deserves a special mention for his friendly nature with the guests and the brilliant food creations. He customised some specific food to suit our Tastes and was eager to please and gather feedback. The local cuisine especially were a delight.

Same things that Radisson is well known for (also why this was my 4th visit to the resort) - Big, Clean Rooms - Generous spread of premium facilities (lawns, play areas, gym, pool, restaurants etc) FYI I loved the Turf - High service and quality standards - Location - Food - Premium experience

Exceptional staff makes every stay exceptional. Quality of food and taste is extraordinary! Mayur noticed redness in my eye while serving food and helped with medicine. Wow! Other F&B and Kichen staff were equally good. I've stayed in Radisson at Goregaon in Mumbai where House Keeping staff stole my Armani belt & Clarks shoes and whole stay was filled with negative experiences with food, front office attitude issues but Radisson Alibagh was superb in every sense. I had met Mr. Kapoor who was the GM here during my 1st stay in summers of 2023 along with the Head and his Sous Chef. Because of their people management skills, Radisson Alibagh has set the right team culture.

The property was vast. Loved the room as it was very nice and comfortable. The staff were cordial and friendly. The main pool was big and lovely. The entertainment dance arrangement was enjoyable. Food was good and enjoyed the breakfast spread. Overall a good and comfortable stay. Will definitely recommend and come back.
