The building's location is within walking distance of Central Market and very close to the city as well. The apartment is very spacious, especially the rooftop has 180-degree views of the whole city, so beautiful to watch the sunset. The building has facilities like a swimming pool, a gym, billiards, and even a theater. The apartment is tidy and clean with all the necessities.

Good communication, good location a short walk to Central Markets. A number of good restaurants located close by. Well equipped kitchen.
